You have received the link to this form because you have successfully completed Step 1 to register for the SOVA - Visalia Water Polo Academy Fall 2023 FREE Middle School Water Polo Program. SOVA and VUSD have partnered to provide all VUSD middle school students access to a FREE 8-week water polo program that includes practices and games.
IMPORTANT - PLEASE COMPLETE & SUBMIT THE FORM BELOW
We have received an enormous response to the water polo program with current enrollment filling our waitlist. We need additional information from all of you, especially if you are on the waitlist, to help us determine your current swim and water polo experience. This information will help us better organize your placement in the program and better prepare you for success. We will ask if you need a loaner swimsuit and your suit size. We will also ask for your shirt size for the FREE program Tee-Shirt. There will be questions about your swim and water polo experience as well. Some of the information requested may repeat your initial registration but we are trying to be thorough.

A paid Fall Session is available from August 7th thru November 3rd. Swimming and water polo practice weeknights between 6:00 PM and 8:30 PM @ El Diamante High School. Learn and master basic water polo skills and improve your swimming
